These terms apply to purchases on www.soundstorexl.dk Use of the website is governed by our Terms of Use. Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy can be found on the website.

Prices and Order

All prices are in DKK including VAT and any charges. We reserve the right for typographical errors, sold-out items, and obvious pricing errors. In such cases, we may cancel the order before dispatch with a full refund.
You will receive an order confirmation by email. Previous orders can be viewed under “My Account” if you have created a login.

Payment

Cards: Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Mastercard Debit, Anyday. The amount is only charged upon dispatch. We do not charge card fees.
MobilePay: Can be selected at checkout.
Bank Transfer: No fees from our side. With bank transfer, you are not covered by the card issuer's dispute resolution scheme.

EAN (public customers): Can be used by agreement.
Gift Cards: Only one gift card code can be used per purchase. A gift card cannot be used to purchase a new gift card.
Financing (fx ViaBill/Klarna): Agreed directly with the provider on their terms.

The Anyday payment option is available for purchases of 300,- DKK or more. When you choose to pay with Anyday, we will charge the first payment when your item is shipped. Subsequently, you will pay a monthly installment on the last business day of each month. The number of monthly installments starts from four months and may vary depending on your chosen payment plan. The size of each installment is determined by the total amount of your order, your chosen flexible installment, and the specific payment plan you have selected. Remember, if you pay all installments on time, no interest or fees will accrue. Should you return your purchase, your agreement with Anyday will automatically be canceled. Delivery

Delivery price and method are shown on the product card and at checkout. Delivery can be made via GLS, PostNord, Bring, UPS, Dachser, Danske Fragtmænd, among others.
Large/heavy items are delivered to the curbside.
If you want to see who delivers your order, you can see it under "My account". Alternatively, contact us.
The risk transfers upon your physical receipt.

VAT refund (export)

For exports outside the EU, VAT can be refunded against valid documentation (e.g., invoice with customs stamp) and account information. An administration fee of 10% of the VAT amount is deducted (min. 100 DKK, max. 400 DKK). Refund occurs when documentation is received and validated.

Discount codes

Unless otherwise stated:

  1. A discount code can be used once per customer per day.

  2. A maximum of one discount code can be used per order.

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

You can withdraw your purchase within 14 days of receipt. If you want to return the item, it can be done easily via our return portal. 

You can also withdraw by sending us an email or using the standard withdrawal form at the bottom of the terms and conditions (optional). You cannot withdraw from the purchase by simply refusing receipt without notification.
After notifying us, you have 14 days to return. You pay for the return shipping yourself.

Returns – how to do it

Return securely packed to the provided return address (not cash on delivery/without delivery).
Do not write on the original packaging. Use only clear tape on the packaging. Ensure the item is securely packed.
Any accompanying software must not be activated, and the seal must not be broken.

Condition and depreciation of the item

The item may be tried and tested as in a store. If handled beyond this, the product may depreciate, resulting in a deduction from the refund.
Depreciation is always assessed specifically per item. Missing/damaged original packaging, obvious signs of use, or missing accessories may result in deductions. As a rule of thumb, missing/damaged original packaging will typically result in a deduction of at least 200 DKK per item, and returning completely without original packaging may result in a deduction of up to 40% of the item's price.

Items without the right of withdrawal

The following items are exempt from the right of withdrawal:

  • Items made to your specifications or with a clear personal touch (e.g., items cut/produced to measure)

  • Pickups

  • Products that are not suitable for return for hygiene/safety reasons when the seal is broken (e.g., in-ear headphones)

  • Digital content such as software, plug-ins, license keys, and similar digital products, if they are activated or used. 


  • When purchasing digital products, you consent at the time of purchase that delivery begins immediately, and your right of withdrawal is thus waived.
    Activation/registration of included software or license keys may affect the refund. If the license is activated or tied to the product's serial number, the value of the license is deducted from the refund. The hardware can still be returned.

Refund

We refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days (often faster in practice) from your notice of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item or documentation of shipment. Delivery costs are refunded up to the price of the cheapest standard delivery. In case of partial withdrawal, delivery costs are usually not refunded. Refunds are made via the same payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Warranty

You have a 24-month warranty. Contact us before returning and include a description of the problem. The item must be securely packaged.
If the complaint is justified, we will repair, exchange, offer a discount, or refund. We reimburse reasonable return costs for justified complaints. We recommend using our return label, as it is generally the cheapest and ensures correct delivery.

Repair

Contact us before sending the item. In certain cases, workshop handling can be arranged directly for faster processing. Please use our repair form and include a copy of the invoice. We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery or to parcel shops.

Repair conditions

The item must be sent securely packed, preferably in the original packaging.
If the reported error cannot be observed, or the error is due to equipment other than the submitted item, an inspection fee of DKK 400 including VAT may be charged.
We pay for return shipping after the repair is completed for private customers. We cover your return costs if you use our return label and the repair is covered.

Software

No support or warranty is provided for free software, which is often included as a trial version or "Limited Edition". Support for included software is provided by the manufacturer. Since software 

Rules of the Sale of Goods Act

Unless otherwise stated here, we follow the general rules of the Sale of Goods Act.
The contract is concluded in Danish. It is not available on the website, so print and save the order confirmation.

Complaints and Choice of Law
