RØDE Blimp Windcap
RØDE The Blimp kit is both a wind cap and shock mount that fits the majority of all NTG types. The windscreen has won awards for its design from the Red Dot Award and the Australian International Design Award in 2009.

With the RØDE Blimp you get a windscreen that fits both NTG-1, NTG-2 and NTG-3 microphones, as well as shotgun microphones up to 325 mm in length. RØDE The Blimp can also be attached to a standard 3/8" boom pole to better distribute weight and make it easier to handle.
Noise Reduction
RØDE The Blimp as either a windscreen or shock mount makes sure to reduce hand noise by means of its adjustable dual hoop suspension system. Also included is a dead wombat front windscreen with tail cable to help reduce wind noise.
RØDE The Blimp Wind Hood is covered by RØDE's 10-year warranty.
