- Advanced MPU
With the new MPU, we've not only revolutionised the way Pioneer drives the CDJ 3000, but also made it run smoother and more stable than any of its predecessors. The MPU's processing power has allowed us to bring exciting new features that weren't possible before, and allows us to introduce more features via future updates.

- Pro DJ Link with Gigabit Ethernet
Thanks to the Gigabit Ethernet connection to Pro DJ Link, you can share and play audio files from USB devices and SD cards on up to six Pioneer CDJ-3000 devices when combined with 6-channel mixers like the DJM-V10.

- Better on-screen visibility
The maximum screen brightness has been improved by more than 150% compared to that of the CDJ-2000NXS2, so you can turn it up depending on the environment you're playing in and improve visibility.

- Better components
High-quality aluminium top plate and redesigned play, cue and hot cue buttons are stronger than ever, and the lockable V-Lock power cable protects against unexpected interruptions that can interrupt your show. The unit also comes with a high-quality digital cable that's easy to handle and perfect for use in clubs and professional setups.

High-resolution 9-inch "touchscreen" lets you  see all the information you need at a glance
With a touchscreen that's larger and clearer than the one on the CDJ-2000NXS2, we've been able to add extra information, shortcuts and buttons for frequently used categories and functions, such as Playlist and Search, so you can access them directly at any time.
GUI (graphic user interface) feels like the CDJ-2000NXS2, plus you can customise the information you want to see and set preferences such as text size. You can now "swipe" the screen to navigate and use the sort function to rearrange the track list by touching the display.

All this makes for an improved workflow and helps you browse tracks more instinctively.
 

- Touch preview:
Listen to any part of a track you want to play by simply touching its waveform the appropriate place in the browse section. If you have multiple CDJ 3000 players connected to the DJM-V10 or DJM-900NXS2 mixer via Pro DJ Link, you can even play tracks from another player thanks to Link Cue.
 

- Touch Cue
Listen to a different part of the track currently playing by touching the waveform - the audience won't hear what you're doing. This is useful when you need to listen a track's progression to identify a mix point, especially during DJ  back-to-back sets. Link Cue even allows you to listen to different parts of the track as another DJ plays on a separate player.
 

- Stacked Waveform
Watch the track's enlarged waveform on the "master" player and the one you want to cue up, all on one screen. Identify mix points and visually check that beatgrids are set up perfectly with an overview.

- Key Sync and Key Shift: Mix in perfect harmony
By pressing the Key Sync button, Pioneer the CDJ-3000 automatically adjusts the incoming track to match what's playing on the "master" player, helping you create a smooth and harmonious mix.

- Jog Wheel: Feel the difference
We've redesigned the mechanism inside the jog wheel so it feels smoother than any device we have ever made, and we've reduced touch delay by half compared to the CDJ-2000NXS2.

The LCD screen in the middle indicates the "cue" position and displays illustrations for a quick visual reminder of which tracks are loaded on each deck.

 

- 8 x Hot Cue Buttons
Hot Cues via the eight buttons that run from left to right below the waveform display. The linear positioning makes it more natural to select cue points according to their position in the track.

- Beat Jump buttons
Jump forward or backward from the current play position in the track by pressing the Beat Jump buttons. You can set the quantized number of beats to a value of 1/2, 1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32 or 64 beats.

- Advanced Auto Beat Loop
In addition to the popular 4-Beat Loop control from the CDJ-2000NXS2, Pioneer the CDJ 3000 includes an 8-Beat Loop button for additional creative possibilities. Want to make polyrhythmic loops?

Play rekordbox-analyzed music from USB drives, or connect your laptop computer with USB HID control to use Link Export or Performance mode.
With the CDJ-3000 you can use Performance mode for free - no subscription required. This way you can play any track in your rekordbox library, including anything from Beatport/Beatsource LINK and SoundCloud Go+ (subscriptions required for streaming services).

You can even connect your iPhone to the CDJ-3000 via a USB cable and mix music directly from the latest iOS version of rekordbox, which supports lossless file types including WAV, FLAC, ALAC and AIFF as well as MP3 and AAC.

An upcoming update to Serato DJ Pro will introduce official support for the CDJ-3000.
