Can I cancel my order?

EAN Invoicing

Customers with a valid EAN number — including public institutions such as schools, municipalities and other government organizations — can pay via EAN invoicing through SoundStoreXL.

The payment terms for EAN invoicing are 30 days from the invoice date.

Simply select “EAN invoicing” as your payment method at checkout, and the invoice will be sent through the EAN system.

Has My Order Been Shipped?

When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking code (please check your spam folder if you cannot find it).

If your order has not yet been shipped, it is likely because one or more items are backordered. Please refer to your order confirmation for estimated delivery times.

How Do I Collect My Order?

You are welcome to collect your SoundStoreXL order from our warehouse in Risskov. Read more here.

If your package does not exceed the dimensions 50 x 44 x 59 cm, it must be collected from the parcel locker at the address. The parcel locker is accessible 24 hours a day, all year round.

If your order is larger or heavier, it will be handed out from our goods pickup between Monday and Friday from 9:00 to 16:00.

You will receive an email notification as soon as your order has been packed and is ready for collection. We normally prepare pickup orders within 30 minutes on weekdays between 9:00 and 16:00.

Please note:

To ensure rotation in the parcel locker, uncollected packages will be removed after 4 days and returned to our warehouse. They can then be collected from the goods pickup between Monday and Friday from 9:00 to 16:00.

How It Works


  1. Select “Pickup in Risskov” as your delivery method when placing your order. The shipping fee will automatically be removed.

  2. Approve and complete your order with payment.

  3. The first email you receive is an automatic order confirmation.

  4. You will receive a second email when your order is ready for pickup. Please wait for this email for details on whether your order is in the parcel locker or goods pickup.
