Can I purchase and take in-stock items home immediately?

Yes. You can place your order online in the showroom. Our warehouse team will prepare your order, and you can collect it shortly afterwards from the goods pickup area.

Can I pay in cash?

Yes, cash payments are accepted in our showroom.

Can I test a product that is not on display?

Unfortunately not. We carry approximately 30,000 product numbers in our assortment, and due to space limitations, we can only offer testing of displayed products.
We continuously update our showroom to feature the latest models, trending products and selected bestsellers.

Can I return or exchange a product in the showroom?

Our showroom staff are dedicated to product guidance.
