Here you can easily return your item or exchange it for something else.

You should only choose Return if this is a purchase you regret. If there is a fault with the item you received, you should choose Claim instead.

You are responsible for and must pay for the return shipping.
It is also possible to drop off the item in person at the address, but a return case MUST be created in the return portal first.
Returning products:
- Do NOT write on the packaging.
- Use ONLY clear tape on the packaging.
- The sales packaging must be wrapped before you send the item.
- The item must be received by us in a condition that allows it to be sold again as new.
- When returning to us, it is important that the original packaging is intact.
- Remember to include the return slip or a copy of the order confirmation.
If you damage, write on or lose the packaging, this is a reduction in the value of the item and a deduction will therefore be made from the price when your items are returned.
As a minimum, at least DKK 200,- will be deducted from the price of an item if the original packaging is damaged, or up to 40% of the item’s price if, for example, it is returned without original packaging.
It is therefore important to pack the item, with the original packaging, carefully — either in a cardboard box or with bubble wrap — if you wish to return an item.
Only clear tape may be used on original packaging!
Any accompanying software must not have been activated and seals must not be broken. In short, items must always be returned and received by us in at least the same condition as when they were shipped from us. We therefore ask you to make sure the item is securely packed.
We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery or sent to a post office or parcel shop.
Items without a right of return include: special-order items, items cut to size, pickups, in-ear headphones, software and products that cannot be sold again after opening.
Up to 100 days return policy
When you buy products in our webshop, our normal 30-day return policy applies, but if the conditions below are met, you can withdraw from the purchase for up to 100 days after the purchase.
There are just a few conditions:
To qualify for the 100-day return policy, please note that the item must be returned and received by us in undamaged condition, and that we receive the item in unopened original packaging. There must be no doubt that the item has not been unpacked.
If the item has been opened / unpacked / tested / used or the packaging is damaged, the extended 100-day return policy no longer applies, and we will process the return in accordance with the terms and conditions.
Refund:
You will have the amount you paid to SoundStoreXL for the purchase refunded as quickly as possible and no later than 7 days after we have received the item.
PLEASE NOTE:
We ALWAYS inspect our returned items, and you may lose all or part of the purchase amount if the item’s value has been reduced because one or more of the following apply:
- You have actually used the item.
- It has been damaged while you were responsible for it.
- You have not followed the limitations of the right of withdrawal that follow from seals, product type, etc.
- The packaging, which is also considered part of the item, is damaged and/or the item shows signs of having been opened and cannot be packed down and sold again as new.
- Business customers, EAN and public-sector customers have no right of return unless otherwise agreed in writing.
