If you place your order on www.SoundStoreXL.com before 4:15 PM on weekdays (Friday before 3:45 PM), in-stock items will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3:45 PM on Friday will be shipped on Monday (for in-stock items).
Saturday delivery:
Available only for delivery to selected parcel shops (maximum 20 kg). Please check with your local GLS service point to see whether Saturday delivery is available in your area.

Track & Trace
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code by e-mail. Click the tracking code in the e-mail to follow your shipment status.
If your order contains multiple items with different delivery times, your order will be shipped together once all items are in stock.

When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail containing your tracking code. If you have not received the e-mail, please check your spam folder as well. As soon as your parcel is ready for pickup, you will receive an e-mail notification (and an SMS if you have provided your mobile number).
You can also find your tracking code by logging into your customer account and opening your order.
