If you order on www.SoundStoreXL.com before 16:15 on weekdays (Friday by 15:45), stock items are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 15:45 on Friday are shipped on Monday (stock items).

Only applies to deliveries to selected Parcel Shops in Denmark (note max. 20 kg). Check on GLS.dk if your local parcel shop offers Saturday delivery.

DKK 39.00 - Delivery to a Parcel Shop (orders less than DKK 2999,- incl. VAT and max weight 20 kg).
DKK 59.00 - Delivery to a business / company address (max weight 30 kg).
DKK 99.00 - Delivery to a private address (regardless of order size, max weight 30 kg)*.
*Large or heavy products that cannot be delivered by courier due to weight or size are subject to a fixed shipping price of DKK 399,- and are delivered with GLS or Danske Fragtmænd. These products are therefore not covered by "Free shipping over 2999,- incl. VAT"

Greenland - DKK 120,- (VAT-free) We deliver your order to Royal Arctic Line in Aarhus, Denmark from where you arrange and pay for further shipping to Greenland by ship with Royal Arctic Line.
Faroe Islands - DKK 499 kr (VAT-free) Delivery with GLS to a private or business address. Departure every Sunday from Hirtshals, with expected delivery Thursday/Friday the following week.
Track your package with Track & Trace
When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking code by email. Click on the tracking code in the email and follow the delivery status of your order. If you order with multiple items with different delivery times, your order will be sent together when the last items for your order have arrived.

When the items are shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email from us containing your tracking code. If you have not received the email, it may have ended up in your spam filter. As soon as your package is ready for pickup, you will receive an email (and an SMS if you have provided a mobile number).
