If you order on www.SoundStoreXL.com before 16:15 on weekdays (Friday by 15:45), in-stock items are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 15:45 on Friday are shipped the next business day.
Shipping options
Shipping options and prices vary depending on the destination. The available shipping options and the final shipping cost are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your order.
Free shipping on orders over 199 EUR only applies to selected countries: Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Austria, mainland Spain, Italy and France.
We also deliver to Poland, Romania, Luxembourg, Bulgaria, Estonia, the Czech Republic, Croatia, Hungary, Lithuania, Latvia, Slovenia and Slovakia, but these countries are not covered by "Free shipping on orders over 199 EUR". Shipping prices for these destinations are calculated and shown at checkout.

For products that are too large or too heavy for standard transport, a special shipping price may be required. This normally applies to products over 30 kg or products that are too large for standard transport. Please contact our customer service at info@soundstorexl.com before placing your order. Please include the products you are considering and the full delivery address, and we will find the exact shipping price for you.
Track your package with Track & Trace
When your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code by email. Click the tracking code in the email to follow the delivery status of your order. If you order multiple items with different delivery times, your order will normally be shipped together when all items in your order are ready for dispatch.

When the items leave our warehouse, you will receive an email from us containing your tracking code. If you have not received the email, it may have ended up in your spam folder.
