Microkorg is packed with 128 presets divided into 8 different categories, so you can easily find the right type of sound.
If you're not happy with the preset sounds, you can easily edit all settings using the front panel buttons.
The buttons can also be used to control a software synth, for example.
Built-in effects can be applied to external sound sources by connecting them to the rear panel.
The synthesizer also has a nice built-in 8-band vocoder + microphone.
MicroKorg can run on battery, making it an ideal partner for the portable computer.
