Roland MC-101 Groovebox
The MC-101 Groovebox has all the sounds, sequencing and high-quality effects of the MC-707, but in a more compact 4-track version and is portable anywhere. This professional production tool has a solid yet lightweight design and runs for up to five hours on fire AA batteries, allowing users to create sounds, drum and compose phrases almost anywhere.
Equipped with Roland's latest sound engine, the MC-101 has all the sounds of legendary Roland rhythm machines and synthesizers, but also looks ahead to modern digital and hybrid sounds. The eight-track sequencer is optimized for fluid production of contemporary electronic music with 16 ultra-sensitive pads for playing or sequencing drum parts, melodic bass lines or polyphonic chord progressions. There's also a TR-REC step sequencer inherited from Roland's classic drum machines, perfect for quickly building rhythms.
