Crown XLS DriveCore 2 - powerful and flexible 2-channel PA amplifier
The Crown XLS 2 series sets a high standard for amplifiers for both portable PA solutions and fixed installations. With the ultra-lightweight Class D architecture based on Crown’s own DriveCore technology, the XLS 2 delivers plenty of power with low weight and high efficiency, making setup and transport significantly easier.
The series offers multiple inputs (XLR, 1/4" and RCA) for maximum connectivity flexibility and Link Out, so you can easily pass the signal on to the next amplifier in the chain. The new generation features an updated design, larger LCD display and expanded DSP control, including a band-pass filter per channel, adjustable input sensitivity (0,775 Vrms or 1,4 Vrms), a Peakx limiter for high output without overloading the speakers, and a PureBand crossover for better control.
With active fan cooling, operation remains stable even under prolonged load, and the weight is under approx. 5 kg per unit, making the series suitable for touring use as well as installations. XLS 2 builds on the well-known and reliable XLS DriveCore platform and delivers clean, controlled performance for many types of applications.
