SCHERTLER’s DYN P48 series contact microphones are high-performance transducers designed for professional use. They are suitable for use on a wide range of instruments in both live/amplified and studio environments. These fully balanced, active, dynamic contact microphones can be safely attached even to the most valuable instruments using the supplied special adhesive compound.
The microphones can be quickly moved between different instruments during concerts or recordings. Once mounted, the lightweight design makes them discreet and non-intrusive for the musician.
A balanced XLR connection allows direct connection to the microphone input of a mixing console or a full-range amplification system. (Note: These contact microphones require 22–48V phantom power, except for the passive DYN UNI model.) The torsion-resistant, Kevlar-reinforced cable is designed to withstand daily use while delivering optimal performance.
All microphones in the SCHERTLER DYN P48 series are equipped with an integrated Class-A preamp and advanced filtering technology, enabling each microphone to reproduce the instrument’s best tonal characteristics.
DYN UNI P48 has a linear frequency response, making it suitable for use with a wide range of instruments. Supplied with a padded bag and special adhesive compound.
