Ernie Ball Earthwood 3003 are classic acoustic steel strings for those who want a defined, bright tone that cuts cleanly through both chords and fingerpicking. The 80/20 bronze alloy delivers a crisp attack and a ringing sustain with pleasant overtones, making your guitar feel more lively and more defined – especially when you miss that fresh, clear sound after many hours of playing.
The bronze/gold-coloured wound strings feel firm and responsive under your fingers, while the plain steel strings deliver a punchy snap in the attack and a stable feel for bending and vibrato. The hex-shaped plated steel core ensures reliable intonation and a fast, precise response, so you get a more controlled sound with less “haze” in tone and tuning. At the same time, the Element Shield packaging keeps the strings fresh for longer, giving you more playing time with that newly strung feel.
