Ernie Ball Comfort Slide is for you if you love bottleneck sounds but are tired of a cold, hard metal slide that either pinches, slips off, or feels insecure on your finger. The soft inner sleeve provides a firmer, more controlled fit, so you can focus on vibrato, intonation, and gliding between the frets – even when your hands get warm during a long practice session or on a dark stage, where the bright neon colour makes the slide easy to spot.

The slide itself is made of brass with a black chrome coating, which looks sleek and professional while delivering that classic bright, “ringing” slide sound with plenty of sustain. The rounded, polished edges feel smooth against the strings and fingerboard, so you can move up and down the neck without snags or any sharp-edge feel – and the medium wall thickness gives you a solid, traditional “heavy slide” feel without becoming bulky.

Suitable for both electric guitar and acoustic guitar, especially if you play blues and rock and want clear articulation and long sustain. The size typically fits ring size 8-10 with an approx. 19 mm inner diameter, and if you’re between two sizes, it’s recommended to go one size up to avoid the slide binding or feeling too tight.
