  • Special string: The partially ground bass strings (PSP = Precision Smooth Polished) of the 850 series reduce unwanted noise when changing finger position while playing.
  • Perfect for studio recordings and use with piezo pickups
  • The string is normally wound; the windings are only partially ground to deliver a powerful, rich overtone. Not to be confused with flatwound strings!
