With the MAUI 28 G3 SUB W subwoofer, you extend the cardioid characteristics of our professional column speaker series all the way down into the bass range.
What does that mean?Simply place the SUB next to your MAUI® 28 G3 W with the front facing backwards, activate the Cardioid preset, and you’ll get a more attenuated and controlled low-end at the rear, while maintaining punch at the front. Low-end frequencies behind the system are reduced by -15 dB. For extra bass, you can place the SUB in the same direction as your MAUI® 28 G3 W and deactivate the Cardioid preset.
Setting up the SUB together with your MAUI® 28 G3 W is quick and easy. Thanks to the automatic setup detection system, the SUB immediately switches to FOLLOWER mode as long as no column is mounted.
It is also recommended to use a protective cover and a wheel board to make transport easier and keep the SUB free from tour damage for as long as possible.
MAUI® 28 G3 SUB W has the same design and construction as the MAUI® 28 G3 W subwoofer and is the perfect addition for gaining control over your low-end.
