Editable loop library for Kontakt 5.8.1 - Volume 5 including guitar performances focused on vintage and modern funk and disco music. Perfect for dance and electronic music too.
RIFFENDIUM SERIES is a theme-based sample library collection for modern producers and composers. It includes loops of real, modelled, synthesised and designed instruments, resulting in an original palette of inspiring sounds for creators of electronic and organic music.
2+2 Instruments:
Each RIFFENDIUM includes 2+2 instruments: RIFFENDIUM and RIFFENDIUM REV, plus their DI and REV DI counterparts, all in a single package. Each RIFFENDIUM sample collection is made from recordings taken from the amplifier’s output and offers ready-to-use guitar sounds for a fast workflow. Each RIFFENDIUM REV offers the same sample collection, but adds the ability to reverse each slice to create exciting new guitar parts and soundscapes.
Each RIFFENDIUM DI and REV DI offers samples taken from the guitar’s output signal, allowing you to use your favourite amp simulator and guitar chain to match your music 100%.
Articulations Sequencer:
Generate unique custom loops using each RIFFENDIUM’s articulations sequencer. Since the articulations come from a real performance, the result will always sound like a real guitarist playing a new guitar part.
40+ Guitar Performances:
Start from one of the 40 original recordings, then edit, rearrange the slices, randomise, and save new guitar parts. This sixth release includes guitar loops that fit perfectly into your dance/funky music composition as well as many other musical styles, from electro to film scoring.
From Guitars to Infinity. And more with REV!
Each RIFFENDIUM engine makes it incredibly easy to create a guitar sound that fits your song, but it also allows you to build out-of-this-world sounds you won’t believe come from a guitar performance.
And with RIFFENDIUM REV and REV DI you can manipulate your performances to a whole other level!
No more boring one-key loops. These loops are alive!
Boring loops hardly fit your chord progressions and will result in a robotic repetition of the same thing over and over. RIFFENDIUM loops will follow your chords, as they were recorded in most major and minor forms (and more than just that). RIFFENDIUM loops use Round Robins, therefore the loop will sound slightly different on each cycle, just like a real guitar performance.
Pedals, Speakers and Effects:
Each RIFFENDIUM provides the direct amp output signal and various cabinet simulations for greater adjustability. You can also bypass RIFFENDIUM’s speaker simulations and use your favourite cabinet impulse responses. In addition, 4 distortion, 4 modulation effects plus master delay and reverb are available for further sound shaping.
Instant Double Track:
At the press of a button, a double-track guitar will appear on the right side of the stereo spectrum, with its own effect pedals chain and volume. This is not just a simple stereoizer effect. It is a complete set of new samples that sound different, as they should. A real double track.
Step Effects:
We wouldn’t be Audiofier if we didn’t add a bit of craziness to our instruments. A Step Volume and Step Filter, for example, will add movement and excitement to your guitar lines.
Stutter Repeater:
A different approach to stuttering with assigned or random repeats for each articulation slice, with echo effect or pitch detuning. Otherworldly fun!
Browser:
You can filter the original loop performances by category: clean, crunch or distorted tones; straight, syncopated or riffy parts; including chords, power chords or single notes. Easy!
Convolver:
A staple in our instruments, with custom impulses that will enhance and/or mutate the sound and turn it into something completely different. Is this still a guitar?
Snapshots presets
Each RIFFENDIUM includes many presets to get you started and to demonstrate its potential. From traditional guitar sounds to experimental madness. But it’s up to you to discover what it’s capable of.
Requires NI Kontakt 5.8.1 (R43), RIFFENDIUM3 does not work with Kontakt Player.
