The STAT V pickup system represents one of SCHERTLER’s most established technologies. Over decades, it has become a standard in high-end amplification of acoustic string instruments. The system is specifically developed for use in loud music environments and is impressively resistant to feedback. The bridge-mounted STAT microphone is therefore an ideal choice for jazz, fusion, rock or classical performances where a high level of amplification is required.

STAT is designed to accurately reproduce the warm tone of the instrument’s strings while playing, with depth and fullness in the low tones and clarity and brightness in the highs. STAT pickups are available either individually or in packages with various preamps, giving the musician flexibility and control over a wide range of sound parameters.
