Dutch UDG Gear makes the ultimate protective equipment in the form of cases, bags and covers for the DJ industry. It is quite literally in their name: UDG stands for Ultimate DJ Gear. They started in 2000 when they realised that a large, rugged metal flight case for LPs certainly protected records well, but it was simply too heavy for DJs to carry around the world. They therefore developed their UDG SoftBag concept, which firmly established them among some of the world’s leading DJs. From Carl Cox, Fatboy Slim, Tiësto and Erick Morillo, you can now see them carrying UDG Gear when they are out playing. UDG’s original SoftBag product line has since been expanded to include hardcases, sleeves and trolleys, all designed to make it easy to transport DJ gear around the world while protecting your equipment in the best possible way.
