If you place your order on SoundStoreXL before 15:30 on weekdays, in-stock items will be shipped the same day. On Fridays, the deadline is 15:00.

Free – Shipping is free on orders over €200 (GLS Parcel Shop, max. 20 kg)

Track Your Order

When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Click the tracking link in the email to follow your shipment.

If your order contains items with different delivery times, the entire order will be shipped together once all items are ready. Estimated delivery times are shown on your order confirmation.

GLS Delivery

Most orders are shipped with GLS. You will receive a separate email from GLS with your tracking number. If you don’t receive it, please check your spam folder. When your parcel is ready for pickup, GLS will send you an SMS.

You can also track your parcel via GLS Track & Trace or by using the GLS app, available in the App Store and Google Play.
