Palmer ABO - Balanced line output switcher

Palmer PEABO is a balanced line-output switcher with one input and two outputs. It is therefore the perfect choice for routing a signal to either one of two possible inputs.

Switch your vocal microphone between the FOH and monitor mixing console to communicate with the monitor engineer or the band on stage.

Two different audio setups: switch between different effects or sounds on your microphone, e.g. a “telephone effect” or multiple levels of reverb. Feed the outputs from PEABO into two channels on the mixing console, which you can configure differently. You can now switch freely between them on stage at any time.

You can also use PEABO to route the signal to two rooms or zones and select one or the other.

Switching is controlled by a rugged footswitch; the selected output is indicated by a red LED. Slide switches select 15 dB attenuation for output A and 6, 15 or 21 dB for output B. A ground lift switch eliminates hum caused by ground loops. PEABO is housed in a sturdy metal enclosure with extended edges for optimal protection of the inputs and outputs. Pre-drilled holes allow easy and secure mounting in a rack or on a pedalboard.

PEABO’s circuitry is completely passive. A 9V block battery is required to power the LED.
