Palmer Monicon®, and the volume is spot on!
With Palmer Monicon® you always have full control over your monitor volume. The passive mini mixer with its extra-large control knob is placed between the stereo output of a notebook, PC or interface and an active monitor system, allowing easy and precise volume control of the monitors from your workstation. The passive circuit with only a few components does not affect the sound at all. Mute and mono buttons make it possible to mute the outputs and sum the stereo output signal to a mono master signal.
The controller’s inputs and outputs are equipped with XLR connectors as well as 3.5 mm stereo TRS sockets, as typically found on computers. Combo input sockets also allow connection via 6.3 mm TRS jack plugs. This makes Palmer Monicon® compatible with both professional and consumer equipment. Real wood side panels turn the practical studio tool in its solid, powder-coated steel housing into an elegant “little helper” — a typical Palmer product.
