The more complex the setup, the greater the risk of ground loops. With the Palmer wupper Line Isolation Box, everything goes quiet again, so you can enjoy your sound without hum and buzz.
Palmer wupper is an isolation transformer in a rugged aluminium and steel housing. It separates the ground potentials between two devices, preventing equalisation currents, so only your audio is transmitted – clean and free from interference.
Palmer wupper was developed for guitar and bass applications, but its brilliant, uncoloured sound is just as suitable for keyboards and hi-fi equipment. Inputs and outputs via jack sockets can be balanced or unbalanced. This means the Palmer wupper can also be used to balance unbalanced signals, enabling longer cable runs without affecting the sound. Thanks to its passive design, wupper requires neither batteries nor phantom power. This makes it extremely reliable in operation.
Palmer wupper is a simple and effective hum eliminator: connect it between two devices and the interference is gone. Sometimes it can be that simple!
