For each car make and model, there is an interface and a mounting frame, so your Pioneer car stereo or navigation system can be integrated into your car.

An interface is a communication unit that enables the software in the stereo and in the car to communicate. If your car has steering wheel control for the stereo, remember to also buy a LEAD cable.

In most cases, it is an advantage to additionally purchase an antenna adapter.
