Can I cancel my order?

We completely understand — we change our minds too! Although we would love to, we are unable to modify or cancel the order once it has been placed, as it immediately enters an automated picking and packing process.

If the item(s) do not meet your expectations, you are more than welcome to return them as usual.

Where is my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link. You can easily track your order here

Which countries do you ship to?

We deliver to the following countries:

Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Mainland Spain.

Shipping options:

  • €10 - Delivery to a GLS Parcel Shop (orders less than €200 and max. weight 20 kg)
  • FREE - Free shipping on all orders over €200* (GLS Parcel Shop up to 20 kg).

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 workdays.
If you order at www.SoundStoreXL.com before 15.30 on weekdays, in-stock items are dispatched the same day. (Friday: 15:00)

Return & Refund

How do I return a product?

Returning a product is easy! Simply follow our return process by using the return form and instructions provided.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

We process all returns within 7 business days after receiving the returned items.

You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.

Please note that depending on your payment method and your bank's processing time, it may take longer for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

How do I claim a product for repair?

If an error occurs with a product within the warranty period (12 months warranty from date of purchase + 12 months right of complaint), you simply follow the guide here
