Christmas is approaching, and we are doing our best to ensure that all gifts arrive on time. That is why we offer fast delivery throughout the Christmas season. We ship all items from our warehouse in Denmark, and orders placed no later than December 15th at 3:00 PM can therefore be delivered in time for Christmas Eve – as long as the entire order is in stock at the time of purchase.

To avoid delays, it is important that you as a customer check the stock status before completing your purchase. On each product page, you can see whether the item is in stock, and after placing your order, the stock status will also be clearly shown on your order confirmation. If one or more items in your order are marked as backorder items, our system will automatically hold the entire order until all items have arrived. This means that the delivery time will be extended, and the order may not arrive before Christmas.

In many cases, however, we offer free split shipping. This means that we ship all in-stock items immediately, so that you receive them as quickly as possible, while any backorder items are shipped as soon as they arrive in stock. If you would like split shipping for your order, you are very welcome to contact our customer service, who will help you find the best solution.

To make Christmas shopping even more flexible, we offer an extended return policy for all orders placed in November and December 2025.

All Christmas gifts can be exchanged/returned until January 15, giving you extra time to exchange or return gifts after the holidays.
